Welcome to the U.S. Pageant System!

​

We will be honoring females age 7 and older for their personal, professional, and community achievements. Our pageant will showcase each contestant on her own merits and personality. We are searching for young ladies and women who live, work, go to school or have property in the state of Washington who are interested in competing in the U.S. United national pageant. We focus on the individual inner beauty of each contestant, as well as her individual achievements, community involvement and personal strengths and talents. We do not believe in comparison judging. The 2024 U.S. United Pageant will take place July 25-28, 2024, at the Hilton Garden Inns Hotel in Atlanta, GA. Below is very important information about the pageant. This is a Pageant with a Purpose. Our national platform is Breast Cancer Awareness and Research.

                                                                                            ENTRY DEADLINE:
The pageant's entry deadline is January 22, 2024. This is when all applications and paperwork must be turned into the pageant Pageant Office. If you know someone that would like to compete, please urge them to go ahead and submit their application.

Optional fees may be paid by February 5, 2024
 

                                                                                       QUEEN’S CONTRACT


Each divisional winner will sign a Queen’s Contract. This contract spells out in detail what is expected of you. All winners are required to compete in the national pageant in July 2024 in Atlanta.

FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN RELINGUISHMENT OF STATE TITLE. STATE SASH, CROWN, AND TROPHY MUST BE RETURNED IN THE SAME CONDITION IT WAS PRESENTED. A $350 FINE WILL ALSO INCUR AND WILL BE PAID TO THE NATIONAL OFFICE.

Competition Wardrobe and Judging Guidelines

 

Opening Number Dress

Each contestant will wear a black cocktail dress with black heels. 

Personal Interview – 40%
Contestants should wear a business suit or business dress. You should look as though you are going to a job interview or making an appearance. Please be mindful of the length of your skirt. You be will judged on your oral communication skills, confidence, poise, charisma, projection of personality and sincerity of your answers.

Outfit of Choice – 30%
This is an outfit of choice that best reflects your personality. Should you choose to wear a hat, PLEASE be sure your full face is visible to the judges at all times. You will be judged on poise, personality, charisma, overall presentation, and confidence. Have fun, let your personality shine! This outfit SHOULD NOT be an evening gown; however, you may wear a dress with a high/low hemline.

 

Evening Gown – 30%
Contestants should wear a floor length gown. The price of the gown is not important. You will be judged on poise, grace/elegance, overall presentation, eye contact, and confidence while on stage. Be sure your gown fits you well and is not too tight, too long or too short. Make sure it compliments your figure and is age appropriate.

 

Other Clothing Needed
Comfortable clothes for rehearsal.

All outfits and shoes must be age appropriate

Optional Competitions
Scores from optional competitions have no bearing on the division winner. Contestants are not required to enter the optional competitions.

Talent Competition (optional $25.00 fee)
The Talent Competition is an optional competition and does not affect the overall outcome of the pageant. You will need to have your Talent Entry form & Entry Fee to the Office by April 5, 2021. We need this information ahead of time because these names need to be added to the computer score sheet. Talent must not be longer than 3 minutes. Music, if applicable, should be emailed or texted to the Director.

Photogenic Competition (optional $25.00 fee)
Contestants in this competition should submit no more than 2 photographs. You should bring them with you and turn in at registration. Please be sure you pick them up before the pageant. Photos will not be mailed. Photographs should be at least a 4 X 6 and no larger than an 8 X 10 and may be either in color or black and white. Photos should be professional and not a snapshot. Photos CANNOT be older than three years.

Community Service Scrapbook (optional $25.00 fee)
You should bring your scrapbook with you. Please be sure to pick this up after the pageant. Your scrapbook should showcase your activities in your community and should be arranged by the most recent activities first.

 

Portfolio ($25)
Contestants who enter this competition will present a modeling portfolio of 5-10 photographs.

Rip The Runway ($25fee)
Contestants who enter this competition will model an outfit of her choice. Judges will be looking for a young woman/woman with style, poise, modeling ability, choice of outfit.

U.S. United Scholar (no fee)
Contestant who enter this competition will submit an official school transcript and a short essay on why she feels she should receive this award.

Cover Girl ($25 fee)
Contestant who enter this competition will submit up to 2 photos to be judged. Winner will have her photo printed on the state program book cover. Photo(s) must be received in the national office no later than March 1, 2021.

Fitness Wear ($25)
Contestants who enter this competition will model a fitness wear outfit. This can be biker shorts and a sports bra, or a warm up suit. Props are permitted.

PEOPLE’S CHOICE

 

THE CONTESTANT WITH THE MOST VOTES WILL RECEIVE WILL RECEIVE ½ OFF THE NATIONAL PAGEANT FINALIST PACKAGE.

 

Our People’s Choice voting will begin on February 5, 2024. Once you pay your fee, you will submit a photo for our online voting. Share your page with family and friends and have them vote for you. Voting will end on Saturday, February 24, 2024.

Ad prices are as follows:    Full Page: $50      Half Page: $25      Quarter Page: $15 

 

ADS MUST BE RECEIVED IN OUR OFFICE NO LATER THAN February 15, 2024. ADS MUST BE CAMERA READY.

WE WILL CREATE YOUR AD FOR AN ADDITIONAL $25.

WINNERS WHO DO NOT ADVANCE WILL HAVE THEIR TITLE REVOKED AND STATE SASH, CROWN, AND TROPHY MUST BE RETURNED TO THE STATE OFFICE. A $350 FINE WILL INCUR.

IT’S IMPORTANT THAT YOU KNOW YOUR BUDGET. WINNING A STATE TITLE THEN SAYING YOU DON’T HAVE THE MONEY TO COMPETE AT NATIONALS IS NOT AN OPTION.
