National Pageant Information
Mission Statement
​
The mission of the U.S. United Pageant System is to promote health, fitness and inner beauty among men, women and youth of all ethnic groups while producing positive role models for the community; to develop women that will promote self-confidence, self-worth, moral, academic and social support for our youth; and to publicly recognize men, youth, and women who have obtained personal, professional and community achievements.
Our pageant will showcase each contestant on her own merits and personality. We focus on the individual inner beauty of each contestant, as well as her individual achievements, community involvement and personal strengths and talents. We do not believe in comparison judging. The 2025 Royal U.S. United Pageant and the U.S. United Pageant will take place July 17-20, 2025, in Atlanta, GA at the beautiful Renaissance Concourse Hotel, located just minutes from Hartsfield Jackson International Airport.

ENTRY DEADLINE:
The pageant's entry deadline is May 31, 2025. This is when all applications and paperwork must be turned into the Pageant Office. If you know someone that would like to compete, please urge them to go ahead and submit their application. ALL FEES MUST BE paid in full by June 1, 2025.

This fee is only for contestants living in states that currently do not have a state pageant.
All contestants must purchase the national finalist package which includes your activities for pageant weekend.

The U.S. United Pageant finalist package is $595. All state delegates must pay for a finalist package.

USE ADS TO PAY YOUR FEES!
That's right! We allow our contestants to solicit businesses and family and friends for support by placing an ad in our digital program book. The cost of each ad you secure will be deducted from your pageant fee. i.e. Tucker's Corner Store places a 1/2 page ad in our program book. The cost of that ad (1/2 of the ad fee $40 is deducted from your pageant fee, reducing your balance. You can basically compete for free if you secure enough ads!
Once your application ($50) and pageant fee ($195) are paid, ask for a personalized sponsor letter to assist you in securing ads and donations!

Each delegate will sign a Queen’s Contract. This contract spells out in detail what is expected of you.

EACH COMPETING CONTESTANT MUST PAY THE MANDATORY PHOTO FEE OF $25. THIS FEE IS DUE AT REGISTRATION. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO REGISTER UNTIL THIS FEE IS PAID. THIS FEE WILL INCLUDE 3 PERSONAL STAGE SHOTS.​

Competition Wardrobe And Judging Guidelines
​​Opening Number
​The national office will determine the opening number dress for contestants. You will also need clear or rhinestone heels. Contestants in the Little Miss and Junior Teen divisions should not wear a heel that is higher than 2 inches.
​​Personal Interview – 40%
Judges will ask general questions to get to know each contestant. Religious, controversial, and political questions will not be asked unless something is mentioned in your introduction. Each contestant will give a 20 second introduction speech during her interview. Judges will also use information from your introduction to ask questions.
Contestants may wear a business suit, pant suit, jumpsuit or business dress. You should look as if you are going to an upscale event. Please be mindful of the length of your skirt. You will be judge on your oral communication skills, confidence, poise, charisma, projection of personality and sincerity of your answers.
Fun Fashion – 30%
This is an outfit of your choice that best reflects your personality. Should you choose to wear a hat, PLEASE be sure your full face is visible to the judges at all times. You will be judged on poise, personality, charisma, overall presentation, and confidence. Have fun, let your personality shine! This outfit SHOULD NOT be an evening gown; however, you may wear a dress with a high/low hemline. Think outside the box!
Evening Gown – 30%
Contestants should wear a floor length gown. The price of the gown is not important. You will be judged on poise, grace/elegance, overall presentation, eye contact, and confidence while on stage. Be sure your gown fits you well and is not too tight, too long or too short. Make sure it compliments your figure and is age appropriate.

Optional Competitions
​Scores from optional competitions have no bearing on the division winner. Contestants are not required to enter the optional competitions
​Optional Competition Fees are due by July 1, 2025.

​Talent Competition (optional $50.00 fee)
The Talent Competition is an optional competition and does not affect the overall outcome of the pageant. Talent must not be longer than 3 minutes. Talent winner will perform at the final pageant.
Photogenic Competition (optional $50.00 fee)
Contestants in this competition should submit no more than 2 photographs. You should bring them with you and turn in at registration. Please be sure you pick them up before the pageant. Photos will not be mailed. Photographs should be at least a 4 X 6 and no larger than an 8 X 10 and may be either in color or black and white. Photos should be professional and not a snapshot. Photos CANNOT be older than three years. Photos should be in a protective cover to prevent damage.
Cover Girl (optional $50.00 fee)
Contestants in this competition should submit up to 2 photos that will be judged by a separate panel of judges with photography experience. The winner will have her photo printed in the program book as our Cover Girl winner. Photos must be emailed to the Director by July 1, 2024.
Community Service Scrapbook (optional $50.00 fee)
You should bring your scrapbook with you. Please be sure to pick this up after the pageant. Your scrapbook should showcase your activities in your community and should be arranged by the most recent activities first.
People’s Choice
The People’s Choice winner is chosen based on online voting. The contestant who receives the most online votes above and beyond 300 votes will be crowned our U.S. United Duchess. This is a double crown award which means the Duchess can also be a division winner. The Duke and Duchess will also become a part of our royal court; however, you will not sign a national contract.

Spokes Person ($50.00 fee)
Contestants will prepare a 2-minute speech about their platform or the national platform which is breast cancer awareness.
​
Rip The Runway ($50.00 fee)
Contestants will model an outfit of her choice. Outfit should show her personality, style. Pageant will choose music.
​
U.S. United Scholar (no fee)
Contestants will submit an official transcript and write a short essay on why she feels she deserves this award. Essay must be typed. Essay and transcript should be in a presentation folder.
Portfolio ($50 fee)
Contestants will submit a modeling portfolio containing 5-10 photos of various poses. Portfolios should include headshots, ¾ length and full body shots.
Spirit of Pageantry/Congenialty Award (no fee)
This award is voted on by the contestants. The award is based on the contestant who displays good sportsmanship, is congenial to all contestants and staff, helpful to those in need and the overall displays good character throughout the competition.
Fitness/Active Wear ($50)
Contestant will model fitness or active wear. This may be biker shorts and a sports bra, warm up suit, jogging outfit, etc. NO SWIMSUITS

State Costume ($50)
Contestant will model a costume that displays something about the state they live in. Costume will be judged on creativity and originality.
