Hawaii U.S. United Pageant Official Application

Please fill out the application to the best of your ability.
A $50 application/processing fee must be submitted with all applications.
Someone will contact you once your application is processed.
The Hawaii U.S. United Pageant will be held on Saturday, January 24, 2026, at the Paliku Theater at the Windward Community College.
Pageant fee is $225 and must be paid in full no later than December 15, 2025. Each contestant is also required to sell 10 tickets ($30) to the event.
Tickets not sold MUST be purchased by the contestant.
Monies paid are non-refundable/non-transferable.

I understand that if I am the overall highpoint winner, my national fees, flight to Atlanta, Ga and my hotel room will be part of my prize package. I must room with another contestants in order for the pageant to pay for my room. (4 nights stay)
