Note** The main state title is awarded first. (i.e. Miss Georgia U.S. United, Mrs. Ohio U.S. United, etc.) "Heart of  (State)" is our second title. You may choose a state title based on where you live, work, go to school, or have family members or property in.  Titles are awarded on first come first served basis.

I agree and have read the rules and regulations and will abide by them as stated.  I understand that the judges' decision is final. I further understand that the U.S. United Pageant System will do everything possible to keep me safe and free from harm.  I will not hold the System or its affiliates liable for any theft, damage to property, or injury during my stay in Atlanta, Georgia.
