Pageant officials reserve the right to combine divisions if there are less than three competing contestants in a division
All division winners are required to make at least 9 appearances throughout her reign. Two of these appearances must be related to Breast Cancer Awareness. Pictures of these appearances MUST be submitted to the pageant office.
FIRST appearance should be made within 30 days of pageant
